You will be based in Penarth, Cardiff. Duties will include personal care, domestic and social activities. Steddy Ltd are looking for an enthusiast female Health Care Assistant to work with our charming, fun filled female service user with complex needs in her own home and also to support her “out and about”. Our service user is in her early forties, is a wheelchair user, and as well as needing assistance with personal care, enjoys socializing, visiting nearby towns and shopping. She has her own adapted car that her carers drive. The successful candidate will work a variety of either eight or five hour shifts throughout the week and will be part of a very knowledgeable team, fully supported through training and Steddy Ltd management team. Steddy ltd can offer the successful candidate an average of at least 34.00 hours per fortnight . Typically that means day shifts (from 8-5) and evening shifts (5-10) during the week and two shifts every other weekend (again one day and one evening shift).
